1. Quality Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products and Services. We will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a credit, replacement, rectification of the service provided, or a refund. Refund requests are handled case by case, and we aim to resolve requests within 7 business days.
2. Subscription Cancellation

- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period;
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation; and
- Unused portions of a billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Upon receiving a valid withdrawal request, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method used for the original transaction where possible.

4. Cryptocurrency Purchases
Due to cryptocurrency volatility and the irreversibility of blockchain transactions, payments made with cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable, except where prohibited by applicable law.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are fraudulent or unwarranted.
