This Underage Policy is provided by TLabs ltd ("TLabs," "we," "our," or "us").

At TLabs, we are committed to ensuring that dreamcam.ai (the "Website") is used responsibly and safely by users who meet legal age requirements. The Website includes AI-generated adult content for registered users only. Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their country of residence to access and engage with such content. By using the Website, users affirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to access adult content.

We have implemented measures to oversee and prevent registration by users who are not of legal age. We are committed to ensuring AI-generated content on the Website does not resemble minors or exploit their likeness, including through content moderation filters designed to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.

1. Registering

TLabs restricts access to its services to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Upon registration, users are presented with an age gate and must confirm they meet the minimum age requirement before accessing content. Providing false age information violates our Terms of Service.

Where required by law, regulation, payment partner requirements, or internal risk assessments, TLabs may apply additional age or identity verification measures, including trusted third-party providers, government-issued ID checks, facial or biometric verification, or other approved age-verification methods. Requirements may vary by region and are updated as standards evolve. Users are responsible for ensuring their access to the Website complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for output generated by AI Companions through text messages, voice messages, images, and videos. AI Companions learn and respond based on conversations users lead and parameters they select. TLabs does not control or endorse AI Companion output. Users must ensure interactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, our Terms and Policies, and the Prohibited Content Policy.

Our Prohibited Content Policy forbids any content that exploits or poses a danger to minors, including child pornography, sexual exploitation, harm or harassment toward minors, and attempts to generate AI content resembling minors or exploiting their likeness.

3. Content Moderation

While conversations between users and AI Companions are generally confidential, we use content moderation filters based on LLM technology to help ensure compliance with our Terms and Policies. If the moderation filter detects violating content, we may manually review flagged content and take appropriate action, including termination.

4. Content Removal

Any user content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions will be promptly removed.

5. Termination

We have the right to suspend or terminate use of the Website by anyone engaged in suspected violations described above.
