AML/Anti-Fraud Policy
Last Modified May 4, 2026
This AML/Anti-Fraud Policy is provided by TLabs ltd ("TLabs," "we," "our," or "us").
Money laundering and fraud are illegal activities that harm our community and business. At TLabs, we collaborate with support and payment-provider teams to prevent, detect, and address unlawful activity. We maintain controls and procedures designed to safeguard our platform.
What Is Money Laundering?
Money laundering is the illegal process of concealing the origins of money obtained through criminal activity, typically by passing it through legitimate transactions to make it appear lawful.
Money laundering is strictly prohibited at TLabs. We use tools, policies, and procedures to prevent and detect attempts to use our platform for this purpose.
What Is Fraud?
Fraud involves unlawfully obtaining money or valuable assets through deception or trickery.
Fraud is not tolerated at TLabs. Our platform uses systems, policies, and preventive measures to identify and stop fraudulent activity.
How TLabs Addresses Money Laundering and Fraud Risks
We protect our community and platform through human expertise, technology, and payment-processor partnerships. We monitor red flags that may suggest money laundering or fraud, including:
- Multiple payment card attempts using different names;
- Rapid purchases in a short period;
- Payment attempts from flagged or high-risk IP addresses;
- Purchases from accounts with suspicious patterns, such as newly created accounts or unreliable email domains.
We may block payments from sanctioned countries or from sanctioned individuals, entities, or regions, and may take appropriate legal steps including halting transactions.
What Happens When TLabs Suspects Money Laundering or Fraud?
When we detect or receive reports of suspicious activity, our team investigates promptly. Depending on the findings, we may suspend the relevant account or transaction, escalate the matter as necessary, report to law enforcement, and cooperate with government or law enforcement requests.
