This Privacy Policy describes the types of information collected and processed by TLabs ltd ("TLabs," "we," "our," or "us").
We take the protection of your information seriously. User and product data handled by TLabs is protected using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate. Except as described in this Policy, it applies to websites, mobile applications, digital products, and other services made available by TLabs that link to this Policy, including dreamcam.ai (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services. Undefined capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services. Some information is necessary to provide the Services; if you do not provide it or ask us to delete it, certain features may no longer be available.
Information you provide directly may include:
- Email address;
- User name;
- Payment information processed by payment vendors;
- User Content, such as chat communications, posted images, shared Characters, and other materials; and
- Contents of communications with us.
Information collected automatically may include browser type, operating system, domain name, access time, referring or exit pages, page views, IP address, device identifiers, application version, device type, frequency of use, and navigation or engagement data. We and third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, preferences, security, research, and service improvement.
We may collect general location information, such as location inferred from IP address. We may also collect information from other sources, including referrals, social media profiles, and Third-Party Accounts such as Facebook or Google if you choose to connect them.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and administer the Services; personalize the Services; communicate with you; respond to inquiries and feedback; analyze, maintain, improve, modify, customize, and measure the Services, including to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models; develop new services; detect and prevent fraud, criminal activity, misuse, and security issues; comply with legal obligations and legal process; enforce our Terms; and carry out any purpose for which information was collected.
We may combine information collected through the Services with information from other sources. We may aggregate or de-identify information and use or disclose it for any lawful purpose, including research and marketing.
3. When We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to affiliates; vendors and service providers; parties involved in safety, rights, property, or legal protection; advertising and analytics partners where used; law enforcement, regulators, or legal process; parties involved in business transfers; other users where your actions make User Content public or available; and nonaffiliated third parties with your consent or at your direction.
4. Online Analytics and Tailored Advertising
We may use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand how users use the Services. These vendors may use cookies and similar technologies. You can use available browser or vendor opt-out tools, though some Services may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
Though we may not engage in advertising as of the date of this Policy, we may in the future allow advertising networks or similar providers to use cookies or other tracking technologies to serve or measure marketing content. Available industry opt-out tools may not prevent all advertising and may be ineffective if cookies are deleted or browsers/devices change.
5. Your Choices
You may deactivate your account or verify, correct, update, or delete certain information through account settings where available. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the instructions in those emails, though administrative messages may still be sent.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, revocation of consent, opt-out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing where applicable, and information about categories of personal information collected or disclosed. 6. Regional Privacy Disclosures
Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom: TLabs is the controller of personal data handled under this Policy where applicable. Our legal grounds may include contractual commitments, consent, legitimate interests, and legal compliance. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, though we encourage you to contact us first.
Residents of Nevada: We do not currently sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. You may submit a "Nevada Do Not Sell Request" to [email protected].
Residents of California: We may collect identifiers, financial information, commercial or transactional information, internet or electronic network activity information, general geolocation data, audio or video information you submit, voluntary User Content, other identifying information, inferences, account credentials, and other sensitive personal information you voluntarily provide. We process these categories for the purposes described above and disclose them as described in this Policy. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16 and do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out under the CCPA.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not designed for minors under 18, and our Terms of Service prohibit use by anyone under 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will close the account and delete personal information to the extent required by law, while retaining information where permitted for legal or safety purposes.
8. Security
TLabs implements technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No Internet or email transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We keep information for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, subject to your choices and applicable law. We may retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain safety.
If a public Character you create reaches a popularity threshold, we may preserve that Character's characteristics and keep it active to avoid disrupting other users' experience. Avoid submitting personal information in public Character creation flows if you do not want it retained in that context.
10. International Data Transfers
The Services are global, and information may be stored and processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, technical and organizational measures, and adequacy decisions. You may request information about safeguards by contacting us.
11. Links to Third Party Websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their privacy policies govern their collection, use, and disclosure of information.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy to reflect changes in law, information practices, or Service features. We will indicate the most recent update date and provide notice of material changes as required.
13. Right to Be Forgotten
Where applicable, you may request erasure of personal data without undue delay. We may not always be able to comply where retention is required or permitted by law, and we will notify you where applicable.
14. Time Limit to Respond
We try to respond to legitimate requests within one month. If a request is complex or numerous requests are made, we may take longer and will keep you updated where required.
