At TLabs, we take user safety, legal compliance, and content integrity seriously. To maintain a secure and responsible environment on dreamcam.ai (the "Website"), we use a dual-layer moderation system that includes pre-screening before content is displayed and post-screening after content is made available or generated.
This Policy outlines our commitment to reviewing content proactively and reactively to ensure it aligns with community standards and applicable laws.
1. What Content Is Screened
The following types of content may be subject to pre-screening and post-screening:
- AI-generated text, images, and videos;
- User-submitted prompts and interactions;
- Character names, bios, profile fields, and tags;
- Usernames and account metadata; and
- Other content created, uploaded, or shared via the Services.
2. Pre-Screening Review
Before content is displayed or made available, prompts and uploads may be scanned in real time using automated safety systems trained to detect prohibited or sensitive material. Filters may block known high-risk patterns, terms, and behaviors. In certain cases, human moderators may review queued content before approval, including user-created characters.
This layer is designed to prevent illegal, abusive, or policy-violating content from appearing on the platform.
3. Post-Screening Review
After content is displayed or generated, automated systems may monitor for emerging risks or violations, human moderators may audit trending content and reports, and users may report content via [email protected].
We reserve the right to edit, remove, or restrict any content that violates our Content Moderation Policy, Terms of Service, or applicable law, even after it has been published or viewed.
4. Enforcement and Escalation
Content found to violate policy during either screening phase may result in immediate removal or restriction, suspension or termination of user accounts, and escalation to law enforcement or relevant authorities where legally required.
