Content Moderation Policy
Last Modified May 4, 2026
This Content Moderation Policy is provided by TLabs ltd ("TLabs," "we," "our," or "us").
At TLabs, we are committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and creative environment for users of dreamcam.ai (the "Website"). This Policy outlines how we monitor, restrict, and respond to content that violates community standards or legal obligations.
All interactions on the platform involve AI-generated characters and media. While we support a wide range of creative expression, we do not tolerate misuse of the Services to create or share harmful, illegal, or exploitative content.
1. Scope of Moderation
This Policy applies to:
- AI-generated messages, images, videos, and other outputs;
- Prompts submitted by users;
- Metadata, including character names and descriptions;
- Usernames and profile content; and
- Behavior or actions conducted through the platform.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to generate, promote, or simulate real-world harm or violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, exploitation, child sexual abuse material, implied depictions of minors, non-consensual impersonation or harassment of real individuals, hate speech, extremist content, self-harm or suicide promotion, fraud, scams, illegal financial activity, or fully automated decision-making that affects legal rights.
Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice, and accounts may be suspended or terminated.
3. Moderation Methods
We use automated tools and filters, human review for public or flagged content and edge cases, proactive audits of trending prompts and character activity, and rate limits or filters for prompt patterns known to lead to violations. We continuously update moderation systems based on risk patterns and user behavior.
4. Reporting Content
If you encounter content that violates this Policy, report it by emailing [email protected]. Reports are reviewed within 7 business days or sooner, and we may follow up for clarification or evidence.
5. Account Actions
Depending on severity and frequency, we may remove content or characters, issue warnings, require prompt edits, temporarily suspend access, permanently ban an account, or escalate to law enforcement where required. Appeals may be submitted via [email protected].
6. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for prompts and any content generated through their interactions. Attempting to circumvent moderation systems or re-upload restricted content violates our Terms and may result in termination.
7. Continuous Improvement
We improve moderation through audits, system refinements, collaborations with safety experts and legal advisors, and communication with users around major enforcement actions where appropriate.
